Return Policy
Item isn't what you wanted or expected? Doesn't fit or feel the way you hoped? Simply return your gear for any reason within 60 days for a refund. Your experience is our #1 priority and we want you to love your new gear. To receive a full refund your returned product must be new, unused, and with tags and packaging included. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns that have been worn, washed, or in any way used.
If you wish to replace your item for a different size or color, please place a new order for the desired product and send your original item in for a full refund. Traditional “exchanges” are only available when coming into our store.
Please include your name, order number, and email address when sending packages along with a note of your request (refund, repair, etc). Refunds without original order information will be given as Store Credit. We recommend sending your return to us with a carrier that provides tracking to confirm delivery.
Please package the goods carefully so they arrive in sellable condition. This is especially important with our neoprene and leather gear (plus carefully packaged items prevent us from charging a restocking fee).

Please allow several days after your return arrives for us to process the transaction. Refunds typically appear back on your credit card within a few business days following our processing. Refunds to Store Credit are available immediately after we process the return.
All merchandise we carry will be replaced or repaired for a minimum of one year should there be any manufacturer defect. If you need to have your item repaired or replaced, please reach us at help@mr-s-leather.com so we can assist you with the best solution.

Dildos, Inflatables, and Insertable Toys are only refunded if returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
